About Dr. Jason Young—

I have spent over 25 years working alongside well-respected churches and companies. I partner with you to ask important questions, listen to the presenting problems, build a psychologically safe space, clarify the best way to solve your challenges, and help execute a plan that works for you.

With an earned doctoral degree in hospitality and working on my Ph.D. in leadership trauma, I am a nationally recognized guest experience consultant and leadership guide, keynote speaker, best-selling author, and a university professor.

Through experience, research, and education, I have developed strategies to help people understand people because I have found that most organizational challenges require relational solutions.

I guide you and your team to gain a better understanding of who you are, what you already have, find ways to gain momentum and rediscover what it means to thrive.
